Cathleen Salmons

Cathleen Salmons serves as Comptroller for the West Virginia Solid Waste Management Board, overseeing financial and administrative functions for the agency. Her responsibilities include financial tracking and reporting, vendor payments, contract documentation, and coordination of internal financial processes. 

Cathleen brings more than 20 years of experience in administrative and financial management. Prior to joining the Board in 2018, she served as Office Manager for the University of Charleston's Facilities Department, supporting budgeting, contract management, payroll, and vendor payments. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and depth of experience make her a key resource within the agency.
