Isaiah McCoy serves as an Agency Relations Specialist for the West Virginia Solid Waste Management Board, supporting the agency's grant program and assisting with grant administration and compliance monitoring for Solid Waste Authorities statewide. He brings administrative and regulatory experience from his work with the WV DEP, including the Office of Environmental Advocate and the Office of Oil & Gas, where he focused on data tracking, process coordination, grant administration, and public communication. Isaiah also works collaboratively with the Recycling Coalition of West Virginia and is passionate about advancing recycling initiatives and nonprofit efforts across the state. Isaiah holds an Associate of Applied Science in Paralegal Studies and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and Policy at Marshall University.
