Kelly Vickers serves as Compliance Manager for the West Virginia Solid Waste Management Board, where she provides leadership in financial oversight, internal controls, and compliance with state code and regulatory guidelines. She works closely with Solid Waste Authorities across West Virginia to promote accountability and consistent compliance practices.
With more than a decade of experience in public sector procurement and fiscal administration, Kelly also provides education and training on internal controls and best practices at both the state and national levels. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, and is currently pursuing graduate studies in accountancy while completing advanced training in landfill operations.
