
Niki Davis serves as the Recycling and Marketing Development Manager for the West Virginia Solid Waste Management Board, where she leads statewide planning efforts and supports recycling initiatives across West Virginia. With over 14 years of experience in environmental program administration, regulatory compliance, and grant management, Niki brings a strong background in program development and public engagement.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from West Virginia State University and began her environmental career with the WV Department of Environmental Protection's Rehabilitation Environmental Action Plan (REAP) as an Environmental Resources Specialist. She later joined WVDEP’s Environmental Enforcement Division as an Inspector in the Aboveground Storage Tank Program before returning to REAP in a senior role, managing both mandated and volunteer-driven programs such as Adopt-A-Highway. Her expertise spans waste and recycling policy, research strategy, and statewide education and outreach. Niki was drawn to the Solid Waste Management Board by its mission to strengthen West Virginia’s waste management systems and recycling efforts through sustainable, community-driven solutions.
